Warranty

All of our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults under normal intended use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused during installation
• Incorrect installation or misuse
• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, weather events, or improper care

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once assessed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

As our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selections, or incorrect details supplied by the customer.
